What I ate: November 10, 2011
Breakfast: Blueberry muffin and bacon .
Lunch: Bacon , lettuce and tomato sandwich on a slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With mayo. And Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.
I did the day two preparation of for a batch of homemade whole wheat bagels . They're now formed into bagel shape and the dough will retard in the refrigerator overnight so I can boil and bake them tomorrow.
One serving was for dinner; there's another 6.0 oz. serving for dinner with gravy, four 3.2 oz. packages for stir-fry, salad, etc. and a little left over for Roscoe.
And finally one 16 oz. package of chicken stock and two 16 oz. packages with 3.4 oz. chicken (each) for chicken soup.
Snack: 3 Kashi roasted garlic crackers with Cabot aged extra sharp cheddar cheese. And a glass of Cupcake sauvignon blanc.
Dinner: Roasted chicken, broccoli, rice and gravy.
And 2 glasses of Gianii Russo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
Dessert: 2 strips (6 squares) of Green & Black's ginger dark chocolate.
Weight at beginning of the day: 111.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.6 lbs.
