What I ate: November 14, 2011

Breakfast: Corned beef hash, scrambled egg and toast. With one half slice of Barowski's wheat bread with Earth Balance spread. And a small glass of orange juice.

Lunch: Twice cooked pork with broccoli and scallion stir-fry and rice.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts and a Spicy V-8. Snack: 3 Kashi roasted garlic crackers with Cabot extra sharp aged cheddar. And a half glass of Urban Riesling.

Dinner: Fried chicken fingers, Buffalo-style boneless chicken "wings" and French fries. And a glass of Redcliffe sauvignon blanc.

Dessert: 2 strips of Dagoba lavender blueberry dark chocolate bar.

Weight at beginning of the day: 112.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 112.0 lbs.
