What I ate: November 8, 2011

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito . And a glass of Prosecco.

Cooked, froze and vacuum sealed a batch of meatballs .

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Turkey and cabbage stir-fry, rice.

Snack: A Spicy V-8.

Dinner: Ribs and French fries. I previously cooked the ribs in the sous vide, smoked them then vacuum sealed and froze them. 45 minutes in the sous vide at 155°F (from frozen) reheated them perfectly. The French fries are Cascadian frozen organic French fries, deep fried for 2 minutes at 360°F. And 2 glasses of Septima malbec.

Dessert: 2 strips of Green & Black's hazelnut currant dark chocolate bar.

Weight at beginning of the day: 110.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.6 lbs.
