What I ate: March 25, 2012

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese .

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha Chex Mix .

Lunch: Beef, broccoli and scallions .

A Saranac IPA.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom and Dad.

And 2 glasses of Liberty School cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 120.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 120.0 lbs.
