What I ate: September 23, 2012
Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Lunch: Turkey and cabbage stir-fry with rice.
Walked 3.47 miles in 0:57:34.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip. Then a little later, another 1.0 oz. potato chips, French onion dip and a Saranac Black Forest beer. I'm glad I'm almost out of potato chips and dip!
Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom and Dad.
Weight at beginning of the day: 121.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.6 lbs.
