Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. And a glass of orange juice.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Lunch: Twice-cooked pork with scallions, broccoli and noodles .
Dinner: Rib-eye steak and a salt and olive oil-rubbed baked potato with butter and sour cream.
And 2 glasses of Bogle cabernet sauvignon.
Weight at beginning of the day: 121.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 120.4 lbs.
