What I ate: November 16, 2012
Breakfast: Corned beef hash, one egg and a homemade buttermilk biscuit with butter.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Made a batch of Chana malsala . I ate one serving for lunch and vacuum sealed and froze three more servings. It's a double batch from what I normally make.
And grilled, vacuum sealed and froze some filet mignon steaks.
Lunch: Chana masala and rice. And also a Saranac Adirondack lager because my mouth was on fire after eating this!
Dinner: Crumb pork chop and rice with furikake.
And 2 glasses of Alamos malbec.
Weight at beginning of the day: 122.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 120.4 lbs.
