What I ate: November 21, 2012
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg.
Normally I made the filling on Wednesday and have other half of the filling on Friday or Saturday. Over the summer my schedule was interrupted by a holiday, so I ended up freezing the filling. As it turns out, it freezes quite well! I think I might start making a double batch and freezing 2 or 3 servings.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Lunch: Hot dog on a Barowski's wheat hot dog roll and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.
Snack: 4 Wheat Thins garden veggie toasted crisps with Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese. And later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. And some cashews.
Dinner: Mom's salmon, rice. cabbage and salad.
And Jargon pinot noir.
Weight at beginning of the day: 121.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 122.2 lbs.
