What I ate: August 2, 2013

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked on Wednesday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .

Walked to the convenience store, a little over a mile.

Post-breakfast: A half slice of Barowski's wheat bread toast with Woodstock Farms organic peanut butter.

Lunch: Veggie sausage and green pepper stir-fry with rice.

Snack: Apple and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese. And a half glass of Cupcake New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: Pork ribs and corn on the cob .

And 2 glasses of Aguaribay malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 124.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 123.8 lbs.
