Lunch: Mom's fried rice at the lake.
Dinner: Mom's salmon, rice and salad at the lake. And 2 glasses of Rex Goliath free range red.
Weight at beginning of the day: 125.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 125.6 lbs.
