What I ate: August 30, 2013

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked on Wednesday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Packaged Mom's roast beef: 2x sliced for dinner (5.0 oz.) 2x sliced for sandwich (3.2 oz.) 3x diced for stir-fry (3.2 oz.) 2x gravy (8.0 oz.)

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .

Lunch: Mom's hot dog with Dijon mustard and my homemade pickled jalapeƱos. With a side of melon, at the lake.

Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Dinner: Mom's roasted chicken, rice, gravy and broccoli at the lake. With 2 glasses of Alta Vista malbec.

Weight at beginning of the day: 124.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 124.4 lbs.
