What I ate: August 5, 2013
Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon . With one organic egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.
Lunch: Grilled Hebrew National hot dog with Cabot cheddar cheese and pickled jalapeƱos, Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo potato chips and a Saranac pale ale.
Walked to the post office, a little more than a mile.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips with bacon and horseradish sour cream dip.
Dinner: Meatloaf , rice and gravy. And spicy yellow beans.
And 2 glasses of Trivento Amado Sur malbec blend.
Weight at beginning of the day: 125.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 124.6 lbs.
