What I ate: February 14, 2015
Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito .
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary . And, later, 0.8 oz. cashews.
Lunch: Johnsonville cheddar and jalapeño smoked pork sausage on a whole wheat bun with homemade pickled jalapeños. And Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a Red Hook Audible Ale.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips, bacon and horseradish sour cream dip, and a Woodchuck Grannie Smith cider.
Dinner: Tempeh and vegetable brown rice bowl . With carrot, celery, green pepper and onion and teriyaki tempeh. With a half glass of xx New Zealand sauvignon blanc.
Dessert: Cantaloupe and 2 glasses of Folonari Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
Weight at beginning of the day: 126.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.4 lbs.
