What I ate: February 6, 2015

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Monday in a freshly heated tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix . And, later, 0.8 oz. cashews.

Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich with Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.

Snack: Celery, cucumber and green pepper with veggie ranch dip. And, later, 0.8 oz. cashews.

Dinner: Spicy shrimp and vegetable brown rice bowl . With celery, carrots, green pepper, onion, broccoli and 3.5 oz. shrimp. And a half glass of 90+ New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Dessert: Cantaloupe and 2 glasses of Hardy's shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 128.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.2 lbs.
