What I ate: July 3, 2016

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary .

Snack: A Dunkin Donuts raspberry jelly donut and coffee at lake.

Walked around the lake 1.82 miles in 30:55.

Lunch: Mom's fried rice at the lake with the family.

Dinner: Roast beef, rice, gravy and asparagus at the lake with the family. And 2 glasses of Purple Cowboy Tenacious Red 2013.

Dessert: Cookies and cream ice cream cake.

Weight at beginning of the day: 130.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.8 lbs.
