What I ate: September 9, 2019

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix . And, later, peanuts and trail mix. Lunch: Beef with scallion and broccoli stir-fry .

Snack: 2.0 oz. Japanese rice crackers.

Dinner: Spicy peanut chicken and broccoli .
