What I ate: December 25, 2021

Breakfast: Roasted breakfast hash from Real Eats (350 cal). And 4 glasses of Prosecco.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary. And a tea with brandy.

A huge sticky bun with blackberry and goat cheese filling. And two coffee with Jameson.

I made this recipe and it was really good! I used blackberry jam since I had that on hand and left out the freeze dried fruit.

Lunch: Leftover meatball fusilli. With strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

Snack: 3 mozzarella sticks with marinara. And a half glass of Bota box shiraz.

Dinner: Korean BBQ steak with steamed broccoli, veggie fried rice (Real Eats, 520 cal).

Saved some for lunch tomorrow.

1.7 glasses of Juggernaut pinot noir, Russian River, California, 2019.

Weight at beginning of the day: 120.6 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
