What I ate: January 13, 2022
Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin with 3 slices of bacon, one egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese on a whole wheat English muffin. Today was supposed to be sausage, but I forgot I was out of sausage patties.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 1.0 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Leftover chicken fajitas. With pears and blueberries.
Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds. And, later, 1.7 oz. potato chips.
Dinner: Green chili beef with Mexican street corn, steamed brown rice (Real Eats, 500 cal). And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.
Saved some for lunch tomorrow.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
