What I ate: January 8, 2022

Breakfast: Roasted breakfast hash from Real Eats (350 cal).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.

And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts and the rest of the Bloody Mary. And 3 glasses of Proscecco.

And half of a blueberry muffin and a coffee with Jameson.

Lunch: Leftover chicken tikka masala. With strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

Snack: Egg roll (180 cal). Frozen egg roll, microwaved for 40 seconds, then deep fried for 30 (should have been 45).

Dinner: Balsamic glazed flat iron steak with green beans with spring pesto, mashed potatoes (Real Eats, 650 cal).

And saved some for lunch tomorrow.

Weight at beginning of the day: 120.4 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 121.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
