What I ate: May 7, 2022

Breakfast: Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.

And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts and the rest of the Bloody Mary.

Lunch: Leftover green chili beef. And a half glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Snack: 3 mozzarella sticks and marinara. And a half glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Doritos and a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Grilled chicken Parmesan with peas, fusilli marinara (Real Eats, 640 cal). And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Saved some for lunch tomorrow.

And two mint juleps for the Kentucky Derby.

Weight at beginning of the day: 126.6 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 127.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
