What I ate: June 25, 2022

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one egg, a slice of Heidelberg whole wheat toast with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Grilled, vacuum sealed, and froze a package of Johnsonville beef bratwurst.

Lunch: Bratwurst and sauerkraut, coleslaw, and potato salad. And a Dogfish Head 60 minute IPA.

Snack: Popcorn with butter and salt. 1/8 cup (before popping).

Dinner: Spicy peanut chicken and broccoli with 2.0 oz. grilled chicken and 50 grams of Watcharee's Thai peanut sauce. And a glass of New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 127.6 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.2 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
