What I ate: August 11, 2022

Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin with 3 slices of bacon, one egg and Cabot extra sharp cheddar cheese on a whole wheat English muffin.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.5 oz chicken salad, strawberries and blueberries, macaroni salad.

Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds.

Dinner: Leftover Chicken Florentine from Jay's Place in Oneonta, NY with squash instead of pasta, previously vacuum sealed and frozen. And a glass of Fish Eye sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 128.6 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 128.4 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
