What I ate: August 13, 2022
Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one egg, a slice of Heidelberg whole wheat toast with butter, and 2 slices of bacon.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.6 oz chicken salad, strawberries and blueberries, and macaroni salad.
Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.
Dinner: American-style soft flour tacos. With 3.0 oz. taco seasoned beef, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. And a sauza hornitos tequila.
Weight at beginning of the day: 129.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.0 lbs.
I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
