What I ate: November 22, 2022

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And a slice of Heidelberg wheat toast with butter.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 3.1 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on sourdough. With a few Kettle Chips jalapeƱo potato chips and a dill pickle spear. I forgot to take a picture of it, but it looked basically like this:

Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds.

Dinner: Beef with broccoli #2 with rice. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 132.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.4 lbs.
