What I ate: January 19, 2023
Breakfast: Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. And some rice.
Lunch: Kevin's naturals Korean BBQ beef and rice.
And saved some for another meal.
Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds. 3 gummy bears. And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Dinner: Homemade pizza with sausage and green peppers. This was really good! And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
And 2 Reese's miniature peanut butter cups, 87 cal, and a little Skrewball peanut butter whiskey.
Weight at beginning of the day: 130.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.4 lbs.
