What I ate: January 28, 2023

Breakfast: Ham and Swiss croissant with 2.2 oz. ham.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Lunch: Meatball sandwich (new recipe). And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Snack: 2.0 oz. spicy nacho Doritos and a glass of Bota Box shiraz. And some Lays kettle cooked mesquite barbecue potato chips from the bottom of the bag.

Dinner: Roast beef, rice, gravy. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 132.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.8 lbs.
