What I ate: March 27, 2023
Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich. With 2.3 oz. deli ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), on one slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half. With a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeƱo and a dill pickle.
Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.
Dinner: Roasted chicken and cabbage stir-fry. With 2.8 oz. chicken. And a half glass of sauvignon blanc.
Weight at beginning of the day: 136.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.0 lbs.
