What I ate: November 30, 2023
Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin.
Baked a loaf of Wildgrain sourdough bread and ate two small pieces with olive oil. It was delicious; I'll definitely get this again.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup (10 oz. 145 cal). Caesar garden salad. A piece of Wildgrain sourdough bread with olive oil. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Rana chicken and roasted garlic ravioli (253 cal). 4.0 oz. Bove's spicy marinara. A piece of Wildgrain sourdough with olive oil. A half glass of Bota Box pinot noir.
Vacuum sealed and froze the remaining two servings of ravioli.
Weight at beginning of the day: 133.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.2 lbs.
