Lunch: Cheddar broccoli soup and a slice of Wildgrain sourdough bread with olive oil.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Roast beef, rice, and gravy. Broccoli. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Snack: 2.0 Wavy Lays potato chips.
