What I ate: April 27, 2024
Breakfast: Eggs, toast, and ham.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: McDonalds bacon cajun ranch McCrispy deluxe in Sidney, NY. It's not particularly crispy, cajun, or spicy, but I do think it's better than the regular chicken deluxe!
Snack: 1.0 oz. flamin' hot cheetos (160 cal) and a White Claw (100 cal).
Dinner: Pork spare ribs (5.4 oz.) and baked beans. And a glass of Bota Box zinfandel.
Saved 2.8 oz. of the spare rib meat for a future lunch.
Snack: 2.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips.
Weight at beginning of the day: 135.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.2 lbs.
