What I ate: April 28, 2024

Breakfast: Homemade waffles (previously frozen) and 2 sausage links.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Prepped for lunch and dinner. Made a small batch of homemade coleslaw.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Stacy's everything bagel chips (130 cal). Homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

A Cupcake Prosecco.

Lunch: Steak salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, 1.9 oz. grilled NY strip steak, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: 4 Triscuits and spicy beer cheddar cheese and a White Claw (100 cal).

Dinner: Barbecued pork sandwich and homemade coleslaw. A glass of Bota Box zinfandel.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Lays salt and vinegar potato chips (160 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 135.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 134.8 lbs.
