What I ate: May 14, 2024

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And slice of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch and dinner. Made a serving of spicy tuna salad with the other half of the can of tuna for a future lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Lunch: Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and Annie's Asian sesame dressing. With 2.5 oz. canned tuna.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

A glass of J. Lohr cabernet sauvignon, Paso Robles, California, 2021.

Dinner: Rigatoni with tomato, spinach, and prosciutto in spicy vodka cream sauce. Wildgrain ciabatta bread with olive oil. A glass of J. Lohr cabernet sauvignon.

A small Sambuca.
