What I ate: May 3, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.6 oz. ham. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Cape Cod potato chips.

Dinner: Chicken Old Mill at The Old Mill in Mt. Upton, NY, with Jan and Steve.

Weight at beginning of the day: 135.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.6 lbs.
