What I ate: June 4, 2024

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And slice of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Tofu, rice, and carrot salad.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Lays salt and vinegar potato chips (160 cal).

Dinner: Roasted chicken and cabbage stir-fry, rice, and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc. With 2.8 oz chicken.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Kettle Chips potato chips.

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.8 lbs.
