What I ate: July 19, 2024

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday and froze in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.4 oz. ham. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Pork with scallion and broccoli stir-fry. With 2.8 oz. pork and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Cape Cod salt and vinegar potato chips (280 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.4 lbs.
