What I ate: July 25, 2024

Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Summer sausage English muffin sandwich. Made with 1.8 oz. beef saucisson sec from the Appy Hour box. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, grape tomatoes, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Fresh Farmer's blueberry cheese from the Appy Hour box. I was skeptical about the blueberry but it's delicious!

Dinner: Roasted chicken and cabbage stir-fry, rice, and a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc. With 2.8 oz chicken.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod barbecue potato chips (140 cal). 1.0 oz. Cape Cod salt and vinegar potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 135.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.6 lbs.
