What I ate: July 8, 2024

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice. Late breakfast today because I had a routine fasting blood test.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on wheat bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Crumb pork chops (3.4 oz). Sautéed cabbage. Rice. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod salt and vinegar potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.6 lbs.
