What I ate: October 1, 2024

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny pop white cheddar popcorn (175 cal).

Lunch: Salami sandwich (new recipe). This was really good; I'll definitely make this again.

Snack: Prairie breeze cheddar cheese and crackers from the Appy Hour box.

Dinner: Cholula chili lime pork carnitas burrito bowl (290 cal). Sauza horitos tequila.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.8 lbs.
