Breakfast: Toasted cinnamon raisin bagel and bacon.
Prepped for lunch.
Baked a package of croissants from Wildgrain.
Snack: Freshly baked croissant and a coffee with Jameson.
Baked Wildgrain brioche rolls.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.
Lunch: Ham and cheese croissant with 2.5 oz. ham. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Snack: 2.0 oz. Doritos (300 cal) and a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon (twice the amount pictured).
Dinner: Chicken paprika #4, rice, and broccoli. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Utz sour cream and onion potato chips (140 cal).
