Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Meatloaf, rice, gravy, and green beans. And a glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Snack: 2.0 oz. Utz potato chips (280 cal).
