What I ate: January 14, 2025

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Cooked and refrigerated 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).

Lunch: Salami sandwich. With 1.5 oz. peppered salami and provolone cheese on a Wildgrain baguette. Side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Prepared chicken leg and thighs (previously frozen) for spiedie marinated chicken.

Dinner: Zucchini and bacon stir-fry. Rice. Half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod potato chips (140 cal). 1.0 oz. Cool Ranch Doritos (150 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 138.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.6 lbs.
