What I ate: January 15, 2025
Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Saturday in a freshly heated Mission wheat flour tortilla.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop popcorn (80 cal).
Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.7 oz. ham on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Cooked the spiedie marinated chicken that I marinated yesterday in the sous vide, then grilled, vacuum sealed, and froze.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Marry me chicken (7.9 oz). 1.5 oz. penne pasta. Wildgrain ciabatta bread. A half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
