What I ate: February 2, 2025
Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs and toast. With 2.5 oz. breakfast potatoes.
Prepped for lunch.
Cooked a can of corned beef hash. Vacuum sealed and froze all 3 servings so I have some prepared for future meals (possibly next Sunday).
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.
Snack: Baked a single chocolate croissant from Wildgrain (310 cal) and had it with a coffee with Jameson.
Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal) and mandarin orange tea with brandy.
Lunch: Taco salad with 1.5 oz. ground beef, black beans, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, ranch dressing, and shredded Mexican cheese.
Snack: 8 cracked pepper an olive oil Triscuits with spicy beer cheddar. Glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc. (Twice the amount pictured.)
Dinner: 1 1/2 slices of pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY. Glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
Weight at beginning of the day: 139.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.6 lbs.
