Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg French peasant bread toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). 1.0 oz. habanero almonds (170 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and ranch dressing.

Walked 2.06 miles in 37:01.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Pork with snow peas stir-fry with 2.8 oz. pork. Rice. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod sour cream and onion potato chips (140 cal). And a little more from the bottom of the bag.
