Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat English muffin.

Vacuum sealed and froze a package of peppered deli turkey.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.7 oz. peppered deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and balsamic dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Crumb pork chop (3.9 oz). Sautéed cabbage. Rice. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
