Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Prepped salad veggies.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and cajun ranch dressing (25 grams, 117 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Divided a package of London broil deli roast beef; 8.88 oz. divided into 4 servings of 2.2 oz. each; vacuum sealed and froze 3 servings.

Dinner: Beef with broccoli #2. And a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Cape Cod sour cream and onion potato chips.
