Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Prepped salad veggies. With carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and cajun ranch dressing (25 grams, 117 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Salmon, broccoli, and rice. With 4.1 oz. salmon (weight before cooking). A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Cape Cod potato chips.
