Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter. I forgot to take a picture but it looked like this:
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).
Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (25 grams, 117 cal).
Divided a 0.41 lbs. package of London broil deli roast beef (6.56 oz.) into 2x 2.1 oz. and 1x 2.3 oz. servings. Vacuum sealed and froze two.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Green bean prosciutto pasta. Slice of Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Weight at beginning of the day: 138.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.8 lbs.
