Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese English muffin.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.2 oz. ham on Heidelberg French peasant bread. A side Garden Caesar salad with romaine, lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, Caesar dressing, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Roasted chicken and cabbage stir-fry with 2.8 oz. roasted chicken. Rice. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: So Delicious ice cream sandwich, 100 cal.
