Prepped salad veggies. With carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion.

Prepped for lunch.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and cajun ranch dressing (25 grams, 117 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Pork with broccoli stir-fry. With 2.8 oz. pork. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
